Leadership Workshop - Australia / Papua New Guinea Region & New Zealand and the Philippines Province

14 Nov 2016

We the Province of New Zealand and the Philippines welcome Sister Joan Van Der Zyden (General Councillor) and Sister Theresa Rai (General Councillor) from Paris, France. We also welcome the Regional of Australia and Papua New Guinea, Sisters Ann Stevens and her Councillors, Sisters Josephine O'Kelly, Carmel McMaugh, Rachel Arputham and Gina Delmar.

The Sisters were warmly welcomed by our Tauranga Associates who provided a light supper. Monday 14 November, St Mary School Tauranga, staff and pupils welcomed the Sisters with a liturgy which began with a Kapa Haka (Traditional Maori Welcome)... This was indeed a very proud moment for the Sisters of the Province. From today, Monday 14 November, the Sisters will be looked after by the staff members and parents of St Marys School together with our Cluny Associates. They will see that all meals are provided and the needs of the Sisters are met during their stay here in Tauranga. We the Cluny Sisters thank each and everyone of them for their continuous love and support in enabling the workshop to run smoothly. God bless you all!!!

The workshop begins today Monday 14 November and will end on Saturday 19 November. A special celebration will take place on Sunday 20 November to farewell the sisters visiting us. They leave New Zealand Monday 21 November for Australia than on to Paris, France.

Our continuous love and prayers to all those involved.
